!!YaY!!MaRch!!

It's finally March!  The month that beholds the greatest hoLiday of the year...St. Patty's Day!!  Now for more than a decade we have always taken the 17th off to party and dRink all day.  Traditionally we would gather at 10am for a breakfast of potatoes and whatever, plus a shot of Jameson's and a Guiness and !Pog Mo Thoin! the day is on!  Usually we made it to cLosing time...or some of us did...or none of us did, it varied from year to year but constants always held...we always had a great time and we always ended up pushing each other over by the end of the night ;)  One more tradition for the wise was to take the next day off as well, if you didn't remember to take March 18th off you were a premature ApriL FooL.

This year is a new beginning for us here at StumpTown KiLts though...We're Working!  But work doesn't get much better than this, we'll be at Kell's Irish Pub from the 16th to the 18th for their famous Annual St. Patrick's Day Festival.  We will also be at Paddy's Bar & Grill on the 17th where we will hook up with the Stumptown Crawlers and in our own tradition...cRawL from great Irish Portland bar to great Irish Portland bar.  One these destinations will be Kell's where we will already be...uh...have I already started dRinking?  More info coming on this the greatest day of the year.
