FAQ - HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

You can redeem it at STK HQ Showroom. Simply, print out this email and bring it with you.

Not in the Portland Metro Area? To redeem your Gift Certificate online, please follow the following steps:

1. Add product to your shopping cart. When done shopping, select the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

2. Review your purchase and select the "Proceed to Checkout" button for a second time.

3. In the "Check Out" Screen, fill in all required fields with your billing and shipping information. when done, "Continue with Order" button.

4. This will take you to the last screen where you will use your Gift Certificate. To use this Gift Certificate, please select the payment option "Use Gift Certificate" located under "Payment Method". You must enter your first name, last name and voucher code. Now you are ready to select the "Place Your Order" button located at the bottom of the page.
